TEMPLATE REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY


Template Errors:
Because Christian Templates Online offers intangible products we do not issue refunds for template purchases- as there is no way for a customer to return an intangible product. However, in rare cases, when an issue with a template defect comes to our attention, we offer the following options:

If there is a true defect with the template (meaning a universal issue, not simply a difficulty with the template displaying on a user's local end as a result of local settings) we will endeavor to repair the defect and deliver the template in question, with the defect/glitch fully resolved, within 3 business days. The customer may also opt for a refund in this instance. If for some reason resolving the template problem is not possible within 3 business days, the purchaser may then choose between the options of 1.) receiving a full refund, or 2.) exchanging the template in question for any other template from our collection, at no additional cost, even if the replacement template is of a higher value than the original purchase.


Support:
If a problem emerges with a template purchase from Christian Templates Online, we request that you submit an email describing the problem. Please be sure to include the template number when you email us. We will then respond to you via email. While this support option is meant to handle actual template defects, we will do our best to offer advice if the issue is a lack of knowledge on the part of the purchaser. However, in such circumstances we can usually only point you in the right direction. We cannot offer ongoing support when the issue is not an actual problem with the template, but rather a lack of familiarity with HTML, CSS, etc... If you purchase a template and find that your knowledge is lacking, we recommend you consider our template customization package. This package involves our staff setting up the template for you, according to your website specifications.

Phone Support:
As mentioned, we request that you first send us an email when you are having difficulty using one of our templates. If you feel that phone support would be advantageous you may request, in your email, that we contact you by phone. Please ensure that you first describe the problem (in detail) in the email. Also, please be sure to leave us a contact number and time to call you. If we deem there is a problem with the template, a member of our support team will contact you within 24 hours of your request.
